Starting from the neck, very gently, making repeated circular motions with your fingertips, then moving on to the shoulders, chest and belly. Continue towards the paws, from the top of the leg to the bottom, finishing with gentle motions on the forehead and back of the neck. A head massage is a quick way to relax and fall asleep, even after a busy day of exercise.
