QC Room parking regulations

SUBJECT
These regulations (hereinafter “Regulations”) govern the use of the QC Room hotel’s underground car park (hereinafter “Car Park”) by its guests. The entry of a vehicle into the car park, following the withdrawal of the entrance ticket at the appropriate column, implies full acceptance of the contents of the Regulations and the signing of a contract for the sole occupation of a single parking space, with the exclusion of any obligation of custody and supervision by QC Terme S.r.l., which undertakes only to ensure the availability of a parking area.

RULES AND MEANS OF ACCESS
Access to the car park is permitted only to cars with a maximum height of 2.2 m and without trailers of any kind. When in the vicinity of the entrance column, press the button to collect your ticket; alternatively place your credit card on the POS (in this case no ticket will be issued). Parking is available 24 hours a day, all year round.

FEES AND PAYMENT METHODS
After entry (in compliance with the aforementioned procedures), users may occupy a single parking space with a single car according to the rates and regulations laid out. Access to the car park is free for the first 10 minutes. In this case, at the end of their stay, the guest must go to the exit ticket machine and present their ticket or credit card without making any payment. If the vehicle is parked in the car park for more than 10 (ten) minutes, the vehicle must leave the car park subject to payment of the amount due in accordance with the procedures set out below:

A) In the event that the entry ticket is collected when entering the Car Park, the user will need to: pay at the automatic cash machine located inside the Car Park, inserting the entry ticket and paying in cash (coins or banknotes – maximum denomination 20 euros) or by credit card. The automatic cashier will reissue the ticket indicating the amount paid. If paying by credit card, you will be able to request a receipt for the POS transaction. The ticket reissued by the automatic cashier after payment must then be inserted into the ticket machine. The vehicle must leave the car park within 15 minutes of payment OR the vehicle must be taken to the exit and, once at the exit ticket machine, first insert the ticket and then make the payment (exclusively by credit card).

B) In the event that access to the car park was made by credit card and without collecting the entry ticket, the user will need to: take their vehicle to the exit column and present the same credit card used to enter the car park. Once the system recognises the time of entry and the number of hours parked, you can decide whether to pay with the same credit card or with another card. The POS will issue a payment receipt for both a denied transaction and a completed transaction. The entrance ticket is the only document that is valid for exiting the car park and should be retained until the user leaves in their vehicle. Consequences resulting from the loss of or damage to the ticket (e.g. the ticket becoming illegible), shall be borne entirely by the user. In the case of loss of or damage to the ticket, the user must provide certain and documented proof of their time of entry into the car park and their legitimate possession of the vehicle. If the user cannot provide proof of the actual parking period of the vehicle, a fixed flat rate of € 20 (twenty) will be charged. If necessary, guests can use the emergency number (Support Service 03451776168) displayed on the access ticket machines and on the automatic cash machine, which will connect the user to an operator who will help them resolve the issue.

OBLIGATIONS AND MEANS OF USING THE CAR PARK
The user is obliged to: a) park the vehicle exclusively within the spaces provided, with any doors and bonnets locked; b) use each space exclusively for parking a single vehicle; c) scrupulously observe the internal signs and comply with the Highway Code (Legislative Decree 285/1992); d) only bring in vehicles into the car park for which a suitable insurance policy has been taken out. Within the car park, vehicles may only travel at walking pace. Carrying out any operation that may hinder the safe use of the car park is also absolutely forbidden. The car park and its facilities must be used with the utmost care. It is also forbidden to: a) to leave animals, valuables and/or inflammable materials and/or other objects that, for any reason, may constitute a danger, in a car; b) to unload and store objects and/or materials of any kind, especially if flammable; c) to refuel, carry out repairs, wash a vehicle and/or recharge batteries; d) park vehicles with leaking fuel tanks or with other defects that may cause damage to the structures and facilities of the car park and/or to the people inside; e) park vehicles without a licence plate or authorised replacement plate; f) park vehicles in transit areas and/or in front of exits. In the event of non-compliance with the aforementioned requirements, QC Terme S.r.l. reserves the right to remove any vehicle at the expense and risk of its user/owner.

OPERATING REQUIREMENTS
The user acknowledges that QC Terme S.r.l. may request and/or carry out the removal of vehicles for service needs related to the safe management of the car park. To this end, QC Terme S.r.l. reserves the right for its personnel to carry out the necessary checks. In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, users are required to comply with any instructions given by the staff of the facility in order to ensure the swift execution of these control and management operations.
