Save time on arrival by checking in online: a few days before your arrival you will receive a Web Check-in email.

Access the hotel through the main doors by entering your access code. You will receive the code via email a few days before your stay.

Bring identity documents for all guests: these will be requested when checking in.

You can conveniently pay for your stay via credit or debit card. These are the only payment methods accepted and you will need the PIN for your card.

HOW TO COMPLETE CHECK-IN

1. Enter your surname and the last 5 digits of your booking code. The device will recognise your booking details.

2. Enter the details from your documents. The device will request the details of all guests if these have not already been entered when checking in online.

3. Payment at the device. If your stay has not been paid for in advance, you will be requested to complete payment using your credit or debit card.

4. Access code for your room. At the self check-in terminal, the device will provide you with a room number and an access code to open the door.
