QC Care – Guest safety measures

The protection of our guests and staff is always our top priority.

Our resorts, wellness centres and spas have always been designed to offer our guests the highest quality standards, and today include QC Care, a new safety protocol designed by infectious disease specialist Dr Paolo Gulisano.

Each of our centres boasts cutting-edge facilities, which have allowed us to implement this protocol and comply fully with all safety and hygiene measures. 

Access to the establishment

Entry is subject to booking and possible at predefined times only, to ensure that guests can enjoy reserved access to our facilities and wellness practices.

All common areas, equipment, and points of contact will be subject to a certified sanitisation procedure using sterilising UV lamps. 

We request that our guests wear masks in enclosed common areas.

Wellness experience

Our wellness centres and thermal centres offer reserved access to treatments, showers, and changing rooms.

All points of contact will be sanitised at least 3 times every day using sterilising UV lamps.

Certified procedures are guaranteed for sanitised air exchange using UVC lamps and sanitisation of the waters used in whirlpools and hydro-massage tubs.

The provision of sunbathing loungers in the solarium and external gardens is designed to guarantee an atmosphere of peace and privacy.

Massages

Massages and treatments are carried out in line with strict protocols, which guarantee the well-being of all concerned. 

All of our staff must wear a mask and use disposable equipment or equipment that has been sanitised before each treatment.

At the end of each treatment, our massage cabins undergo a certified sanitisation procedure.

Bistrot and Light Café 

Entry is subject to booking and possible at predefined times only, to ensure reserved access to dedicated catering areas.

Tables are arranged in line with strict protocols to guarantee the well-being of all.

All our staff must wear a mask and carry out a certified preparation procedure for all tables before each service.
