QC Terme Dolomiti conditions of use

Use of the spa is subject to acceptance of and compliance with the following conditions; by purchasing an entrance pass and/or subscription pass you accept that:

Use of the wellbeing centre is not permitted for: pregnant women; those who have or have previously had cardiac, blood pressure, respiratory, or recent post-traumatic disorders; those who have recently had surgery; those who are affected by other similar conditions.

The use of saunas and steam baths is contraindicated for those who: have heart disease, circulatory disorders, hypotension, varicose veins in the lower limbs, yeast infections, fever, or renal failure; are pregnant or menstruating; have any kind of inflammation, open or healing wounds, or acute or chronic respiratory failure; are under the influence of alcohol.

Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to enter the facilities.

Passes are single-use only. It is not possible to leave the building and gain readmission using the same pass.

Swimming costumes and non-slip slippers must be worn in the facilities’ corridors and the external areas, and care should be taken when moving around. Please do not wear slippers in the practices or pools, or in the saunas and steam baths.

Locker key wristbands must be kept worn on the wrist.

Showers must be taken before entering the spa facilities.

Voice volume and behaviour must be kept suitable for an environment of complete relaxation.

Smoking and the use of mobile phones are forbidden throughout the facilities.

Diving is forbidden; please use the handrails and steps provided to access the pools.

Towels must be used inside the saunas.

Staying in the wellbeing area for more than 3 hours isn’t recommended.

When using the wellbeing practices, it is advisable not to exceed the recommended staying times indicated in the information given in the centre.

Personal belongings (such as glasses and watches) should be left inside the safes provided in the lockers.

Food and drinks must not be consumed in the wellbeing areas.

Check that you haven’t left any personal items behind before leaving the facilities. Towels and slippers must be deposited in the appropriate baskets, while locker cards must be returned to reception.

Pools and wellbeing practices must be vacated 30 minutes before closing time.

The Management is not liable for any theft, loss, or damage of personal items inside the building.

The Management reserves the right to remove, at any time, anyone who does not comply with the facilities’ rules and conditions of use.
