Booking and Service Usage Terms
Following each correctly completed and confirmed booking operation, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process, summarizing the essential terms of the reservation.
The provision of the booked services is guaranteed exclusively on the selected day and time. In case of delay, the provision of services will be subject to any remaining availability at the facility.
You must present the QC Pass or Esselunga voucher in paper format at reception to access the included services.
Please remember to check the expiration date on the Esselunga vouchers. Voucher validity will be verified by the reception at check-in: if the vouchers are expired or not valid for the selected day and/or service, they will be voided, resulting in the loss of the included service, and any amount guaranteed by credit card for additional services will be charged, unless the booking is correctly and promptly cancelled according to the following provisions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free of charge only up to 60 minutes before the selected time.
Failure to cancel the booking within the indicated timeframe or failure to show up at the QC Terme Center on the selected day and time will result in a 100% charge of the booked services to the same payment method used during booking, and the voucher will be voided.
After any successfully executed modification and/or cancellation of a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the booking. Failure to receive the confirmation email implies that the modification and/or cancellation has not been completed, and the original booking remains valid.
How to cancel: To cancel or modify a reservation, go to the website where the booking was made and click on “Manage booking.” You can also cancel or modify the reservation via the link in the confirmation email.
